Can I add, change or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?

Yes. Once an order is submitted it can be amended or edited by calling customer service. Once our warehouses have scanned an order, items can be added or deleted. Once any box from an order is shipped, the order cannot be voided.

 

 

 

Why does one item always remain in my shopping cart?

Shopping cart problems usually occur from one or more of the following reasons:
